TCSWAT yaptığı her görüşmeye QSL kartı gönderir. Log'daysanız kesinlikle kart alırsınız!! Kartınızı doğrudan istasyonun QSL menajerine veya büro kanalıyla gönderebilirsiniz. TCSWAT'ın her TC faaliyeti için QSL menajer bilgisi aşağıdadır. Lütfen ACELE ETMEYİN çünkü QSL kartlar genellikle faaliyetin bitiminden 6-8 hafta sonra basılmaktadır. ILOTA/MLOTA türünden faaliyetlerde QSL kartlar bütün faaliyetler bittikten sonra basılmaktadır. Bu yüzden ACELE ETMEYİN!!

IARU'nun QSL Bürosu TRAC'ın giden QSL servisi hali hazırda kesintisiz hizmet sağlamadığından, TCSWAT faaliyetlerine ait kartları kendimiz finanse ederek gönderiyoruz. Bu da aşılması gereken bir mali yük getiriyor. Friedrichshafen'daki HamFest'e pek çok ülkenin ulusal kulüpleri katıldığı için, son iki senedir kartlarımızın bir kısmını fuara getirip doğrudan ilgili ülke bürosuna elden vermek bir çözüm sağladı. Bu bizim HAZİRAN SONU TESLİMİmiz. Haziran ile Aralık arasında birikenleri ise Aralık sonu Ocak başı civarında YENİ YIL TESLİMİ olarak gönderiyoruz. Ancak, (ILOTA/MLOTA türü) toplu faaliyetler buna bir istisna oluşturuyor.

TA istasyonlarına gönderilecek QSL kartları, kartların basınımı takiben ya doğrudan ya da TA büro üzerinden yollanır. 1 Eylül 2009 itibarıyla, 30 Haziran 2009'a kadarki tüm faaliyetlerin kartları gönderilmiştir.

Önceki faaliyetlere ilişkin kartınızı alamadıysanız, ta1hz ***AT*** yahoo nokta com nokta tr adresine QSO bilgilerinizi gönderirseniz size doğrudan cevap göndeririz.

TCSWAT sends qsl cards for every and each one of its contacts. If you are in the log, you will definitely recieve the qsl card!! You can send in your qsl card via bureau or direct to the QSL Manager of the station. For every TC callsign of TCSWAT, the QSL manager info is below. Please DO NOT HURRY  since the QSL cards are usually printed at least 6-8 weeks after the end of the activity. For ILOTA / MLOTA type of activities the QSL cards are printed after all the events are finished; therefore, DO NOT RUSH!! 

Since the outgoing QSL service of IARU's QSL Bureau in Turkey --TRAC-- is not providing any continious service at the moment, we are sending out TCSWAT activity cards at our own expense. This creates a financial burden which we are trying to overcome. The Hamfest at Friedrichshafen provides a solution with many national clubs attending and for the last two years we are bringing in our packages and directly delivering them there to the relevant national clubs. This is our END OF JUNE DELIVERY . Also the cards which accumulate between June and December are dispatched at the end of December/ beginning of January as NEW YEAR DELIVERY.  Exception is ongoing activity batch (ILOTA / MLOTA) .

All direct requests should include a self addressed envelope (SAE) and 1Euro (for Europe ) or 2$ US Dollars (US and other stations) to receive a direct reply. If you send your card but it does not meet these requirements, it will be returned via the bureau. As of September 1, 2009, all the QSL cards from the activities dating before June 30,2009 have been sent to the national QSL Bureaus. 

 If you have not recieved your cards of previous activities please send an e-mail to ta1hz at yahoo dot com dot tr with your QSO info. We will reply direct to you.

Nairobi IRC's will be void as of January 1, 2010. Please DO NOT send old IRCs anymore!!!!
